The day that the MMORPG Star Wars The Old Republic is going free to play is here. Better known as Star Wars TOR this great MMO is going free to play on November 15th, 2012. That means that you will be able to play Star Wars TOR for free! Just as so many other free to play games Star Wars TOR will be limited if you stick strictly to the free to play model. However, unlike so many other games that cap your level you will be able to play all the way through the class quests. This is great news as it offers the best part of Star Wars TOR for free!
To gain access to more game features you will need to purchase Cartel Coins to unlock more of Star Wars TOR game features. Gamers that have a subscription will get a stipend of Cartel Points to spend on extras. If you keep your subscription to Star Wars TOR or start one you will have access to all of the regular game features including all of the Flashpoints, Operations, and War Zones.
